E-Reserve collects your account reference, issuing country, legal name, identity document type and number, document images, a selfie, and a short silent verification video with a random on-screen challenge to manually review identity, prevent impersonation, and determine account verification eligibility. Video is reviewed by staff; we do not automatically approve identity or generate a biometric face template.
Documents are stored in private Supabase storage in Japan (our current project region). Authorized KYC staff can access them for review; hosting providers process them to operate this service. Cross-border processing may occur when you apply from another country. KYC images are not published as listing images or used for advertising.
Draft images and videos expire after 7 days. After approval or rejection, document images, videos, and the document number are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. The application reference, consent version/time, country, name, decision, reviewer, and payment/refund records remain for account administration and audit. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal before review; financial/audit records may require separate retention.
Submitting a complete KYC 1 application authorizes one deduction of 20 USDC from your USDC crypto wallet. Drafts are free. Tier 2 has no additional verification fee and requires a physical visit after Tier 1 approval. If rejected, the full 20 USDC is returned automatically to the same wallet; approval retains the fee. No external blockchain refund is sent. Pending applications cannot be submitted twice.
Submit genuine, readable documents belonging to you. Staff may reject incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable submissions. Manual approval establishes a reviewed identity, not property ownership, guaranteed safety, or government certification. Individual product availability and eligibility still apply.
Applying is optional. You can continue using your standard account without KYC; verified features require approval. Acceptance does not waive your applicable privacy rights. See our Privacy Policy and contact our support team with privacy questions.
